For transportation of heavy weight and oversize cargoes, we conduct road and route survey covering every aspect of hurdles from the Govt. rules/regulations, to narrow turnings, bridge heights, clearances, load bearing & other relevant information, including assessment for requirement of different types of Trailers, Cranes & equipment other relevant. Wind MultiModal Services (Pvt) Ltd. will provide and coordinate all transportation to assure prompt, damage-free delivery of cargo to destination site or any specified locations.
We will advise on all progress and problems and provide Project Reports on a weekly or as requested basis. This report provides all information on all shipped cargo through to delivery at final destination. Our company will confirm delivery of cargo and report on the status.
Afghan Transit Trade:
Wind MultiModal Services (Pvt) Ltd. is very actively participating in moving cargoes / goods from Pakistan to various destinations in Afghanistan, as per Govt. of Pakistan policy for Afghan Transit Trade, we are handling goods with respect to Humanitarian Aid, U. N Agencies, Diplomatic Missions, NGO’s and also Commercial Cargoes, for which we are well equipped and also very well updated with all the formalities of various Government Procedures for all the Logistics, i.e. from Shipping and Custom Clearance to Transportation from Karachi Port / Port-Qasim / Airports to destinations in Pakistan and as well Afghanistan. Our company is registered with NLC to carry the cargo/goods to Afghanistan for NATO Forces, ISAF, Diplomatic, Afghan Ministries & NGOS.

Custom Clearance:
Wind MultiModal Services (Pvt) Ltd. monitors the arrival of all of shipments at the Port of Entry and at ultimate destination. We will arrange receipt of shipping documents and recheck the same to ensure that all the documents are in order. Such as: Original Bill of Lading and or Air Waybill, Original Invoice, Certificate of Origin and the Packing List.
Our company is uniquely poised to efficiently manage the logistics of your imports. Our highly experienced team is electronically linked to all applicable government authorities that control the admission of imported cargoes. We will maintain liaison with customs authorities to keep informed of changes with import documentation requirements. We advise our clients immediately of any changes or additions regarding shipping/forwarding instructions, transportation, or any other shipping documentation requirements.
We provide qualified representatives to attend and witness customs inspection and clearance to ensure proper staging and safe handling of material and merchandise to avoid any loss or damage to materials during or after customs inspection. Incoming cargo will be inspected for any apparent damage or partial/total loss while obtaining delivery.
